Is CBD legal in the EU and UK?

Yes. CBD extracted from hemp containing less than 0.3% THC (0.2% in some EU countries; 1mg per container in the UK as a “novel food” threshold) is legal. Every product at Botā meets the applicable regulations in the markets we ship to.
Will CBD make me feel “high”?

No. CBD is non-intoxicating. THC is the cannabinoid responsible for the psychoactive effect of cannabis, and our products contain only trace amounts (under the legal threshold).
What’s the difference between full-spectrum, broad-spectrum and isolate CBD?

Full-spectrum contains all cannabinoids naturally present in hemp, including trace THC (under legal limits). Broad-spectrum is similar but with THC removed. Isolate is 99%+ pure CBD with no other cannabinoids. Full-spectrum is generally considered most therapeutically effective due to the “entourage effect”; isolate is best for those who need zero THC for testing reasons.
How do I choose a CBD dose?

Start low (10-15mg per day) and increase gradually. CBD has a biphasic dose-response — too high a dose can be less effective than a moderate one. Most users find their sweet spot between 15-50mg per day.
