Do natural cleaning products work as well as conventional?

? For everyday cleaning, yes — and often better, because plant-based surfactants like coconut-derived APGs cut grease effectively without leaving residue. For very heavy-duty jobs (mould remediation, severe limescale, stained grout) you may still need a stronger option occasionally, but for the daily 90%, clean works.
Are these products safe to use around children and pets?

Yes. Every brand we stock is free of ingredients flagged for child or pet exposure (no chlorine bleach, no ammonia, no synthetic musks, no APEs). Surfaces are safe to touch after the product has dried.
How do refill systems work?

You buy the bottle once (usually glass or aluminium) and then order concentrated refills — a sachet of concentrate mixed with tap water, or a refill pouch that decants into your bottle. Kinfill is the most refined refill system in our edit; one bottle replaces dozens over its lifetime.
Will natural laundry detergent get whites white?

Yes, though without optical brighteners (the synthetic chemicals that make whites look “whiter than white” by reflecting blue light) you may notice whites looking more like cream after several washes. Soak in oxygen bleach (sodium percarbonate) for stubborn stains.
