How to use this product

01. Use daily for best results.
Apply once or twice a day after shower/bath onto damp skin to the areas that need treating (upper arms, stomach, legs, thighs, bust and hips).

02. Massage in with upward circular movements until completely absorbed.

03. May be layered under Firming Botanical Oil or other bodycare products. Ideal as a post-workout or as a cooling relief for swollen legs, feet and as an aftersun treatment.
