HAIR FAQs

What types of natural shampoos do you offer?

We offer hydrating, balancing, and nourishing shampoos, each designed to meet your specific hair care needs.

Should I use conditioner with your shampoos?

Yes, pairing our natural shampoos with our conditioner sets ensures your hair gets the moisture and nutrients it needs for optimal care.

What makes your deep conditioner the best choice for hair rejuvenation?

Our best deep conditioner offers deep hydration and nourishment, transforming your tresses into soft, manageable locks. It's designed to penetrate the hair shaft and repair damage, making it an essential part of your hair care products for achieving revitalised and healthy hair.

How often should I use your natural hair conditioner and deep conditioner?

For optimal results, use our natural hair conditioner every time you wash your hair to maintain hydration and manageability. Incorporate our deep conditioner into your routine once a week for deeper rejuvenation and intensive care, especially if your hair is prone to dryness or damage.

Why does sulfate-free shampoo matter?

SLS and SLES (sodium lauryl sulfate and its variants) are the aggressive detergents that make conventional shampoo foam. They strip the scalp of its natural sebum, which often triggers the scalp to overproduce oil in return — the “wash every day or it looks greasy” cycle. Sulfate-free shampoos clean with milder surfactants that respect the scalp’s lipid barrier.

Will natural shampoo lather?

The right ones do, just differently. Coconut-derived and sugar-derived surfactants create a softer, creamier lather than the squeaky foam of sulfate-based shampoos. Reverie and most of our edit lather well even in hard water.

Are these safe for colour-treated hair?

Yes. Sulfate-free formulas actually extend the life of professional colour because they don’t strip pigment from the hair shaft. Look for our colour-safe filter or start with Reverie’s range.

Can I use these on curly hair?

Yes — the absence of sulfates and silicones makes our edit particularly well suited to wavy, curly and coily textures. Co-washing and the “curly girl method” work especially well with these formulas.
