Breathable Nail Polish

Breathable nail polish lets water and oxygen pass through the formula, reaching the nail bed beneath the colour rather than sealing it off. It's a small shift with a real difference: nails stay conditioned and able to recover, even through back-to-back manicures.

At Botā we've built this edit around Nailberry, the London-formulated, French-finished brand that pioneered the breathable, oxygenated formula. Each shade is 12-free — made without twelve commonly flagged ingredients including formaldehyde, toluene and DBP — as well as vegan and cruelty-free. Because water vapour can pass through the film, these polishes are also halal-friendly and suitable to wear through pregnancy.
